I have a Quaker Parrot and two parakeets. I want to know if they will get along. Serious answers only please.
Answers:My chin is interested in EVERYTHING. He loves to come to the bars of his cage and "inspected" the birds when I bring them in the bedroom. My parrots, however, are terrified of him! Funny, they don't have a problem going after the dog.
Still, I never risk mixing animals. It would be terrible to have the parrot bite the chin and hurt him.
I would not put them together. Chinchillas are mostly vegetarian and but better safe than sorry.

i have heard of ferrets getting along with parakeets? i dunno if this helps
I would be very careful about introducing a bird and a chinchilla. Chinchilla's try to eat everything and most of the bird food is not good for them nor would it be good if they got into the feces. There are also many diseases that can be spread back and forth between the two which could get costly.
