Do i need to get another bird
I had to boy birds and 2 days ago one of them flew away. Do i need to get the another bird to keep it company? Will anything happen to my bird if it stays alone? PLease help!

I have birds. Your situation would depend on how long they were together. If they were together more than a couple of months, then yes, you should get a companion for your bird, if you don't then it could pine away for the other bird..

Your bird probably would be happier with a friend to play with. Sitting in a cage all day long has to be extremely boring. Some people also get their bird a mirror and this makes them think there's another bird around. Also, you can get your birds wings clipped so they'll stop flying away. They can still flutter around, and it's not cruel because it doesn't hurt them. It'll just stop them from getting away.
Well, if you are not around alot n the house or with your bird then yes you should get it a campanion but if you are you can bond with him more. Sorry to hear this.
Yes get another bird! Birds are happy when they have company, they are very social. Any book will verify that.

You do not need to get another bird but only if you plan on spending time with the one you have. If you would like to train it at all, then one is just fine and will learn more quickly. If you will not be spending time with your bird, then I would suggest another one, but they will stay together and not be interested in you. Right now because the bird already had a companion, it is important to spend time with it for awhile so that the bird can get used to the fact that it is alone. When you see all is well, then you can make your decision on whether to get another bird.
Insted of getting another bird, let this one go too. Then they will be together again.
