There are about 60 pigeons that land on my roof every single day, they messes all over my deck, please help me.

my father would put rubber snakes in his garden to scare away the intruders.. woorkde for him.. maybe this could work for you.
put food on your neighbor's roof when they are not home lol
In addition to rubber snakes, I have seen large plastic owls placed on rooftops and I haven't seen any pigeons close to the big plastic owls. I've seen the plastic owls for sale at home improvement stores. Hope this helps!

put some moth balls up there it drives them away
put tin pie pan tie them lose on the roof of your house when the wind blows the pie pans will move and the nose will scare the birds off good luck
shoot them.
Put a plastic owel on the roof.. It worked for me with them nasty black birds..
