How come bird crap is white, while all the other animals crap is brown
Actually, that's the most interesting question on crap that I've ever heard. Maybe animal crap is brown to better blend in to the dirt and camoflage it, so that people will step in it more often. And bird crap is white, so that it will show up nicely on people's cars and statues.

Bird crap has two parts, the brown/black part is the crap, and the white part is called urea, it's the equivilant of pee in mammals.

Well, for starters, birds have a cloaca, which is a single place where all the feces and urine combine together to come out. Humans have two different hole, urethra and a rectum. Why does this matter? Well since the birds only have one hole, poop and pee come out the same hole, so you are looking at both together. The dark solids are poop and the liquid (usually white) is pee. The liquid is white because birds convert ammonia, (break down of food from what you eat) to uric acid. Humans convert ammonia to urea instead of uric acid.
Uric acid = white bird urine
Human urea = part of yellow urine

probably has something to do with the fact that birds don't have stomach acids to digest food like mammals do. they have gizzards instead that pulverize food.
