My parakeet,Baby,died a couple days ago and I don't know why! on the morning the day she died,she was just fine.i checked on her to see mt hello like i alway do and she was dead.i looked at her to see if anybody hurt her or something like that but there were no signs.do you know anything that could have happened?all i want to know is hoe she died.Help!?
Answers:the best way to find out is to take her to the vet and have him do an atopsy otherwise you could
It would help to know how she died. It could be just natural from old age, or maby the cage's conditions aren't right. If you make sure all of that, ask a vet.
maybe the food was poisoned
How old was she? Maybe it was just a natural death from old age. I'm sorry you lost your parakeet!

well if she was old enough, it may been egg bound. had she ever laid a egg.. sometimes when egg bound there is not alot of sign..or household spray's..these are 2 of the most common things
She could have had a tumor, been egg bound, or old age. When my bird died of old age, she was fine one minute and the next she was dead. But, I had her 12 years, so, she was old for a parakeet. Sometimes, they just die. They are fragile animals. Sorry for your loss.
