They love bread, they need water to swim in, be careful duck is considered a food in many places.

Show your pet lots of love and it will love you back, I have not raised any birds so I have little knowledge on the subject, duck do also like fish.

I think she's saying that she's from Africa and getting a pet duck. She wants to know how to take care of the duck, what kind of food to give it, what kind of drink. at the end she says thanks.
