I think I have a humming bird in my garage HELP2007-11-24 17:22:33

I have a very tiny tiny bird in my garage with a very thin long nose ( don't know what else to call it) I had one in my garage before and it died because I had to run out and the temp in the garage is hot and swealtering. What should I do to get it out? It doesn't appear to know how to get out even though the garage doors are open.

If u can leave your garage door open for a few days and cokes it out with a feeder, if u know where it is at put it fairly close to it then move it several times a day until u have it out side, and then leave the feeder hanging on the porch or deck for a while.. and it will stay out .

Put a humming bird feeder outside garage, it will find it and the way out.

just leave the garage door open a while and it should eventually find it's way out. You could try and direct it out as well.

carry it out it will not hurt you if they do not eat they will die within the hour or two
