do lovebirds molt or something so there feathers come back?

Answers:

Yes, lovebirds molt. We clip our birds every six months. If you don't know how to clip without severing a blood feather, don't. Clipped blood feathers are like open arteries that keep bleeding heavily until they're entirely removed from the bird, or the bird runs out of blood.

If you want to try it at home, examine your bird's feathers. Notice how the feathers shafts are either white and hollow-looking, or dark. Never cut the white shaft of a feather. Start from the second primaries and work in.

Clip both sides evenly. Some people only clip one wing to throw the bird off balance, but if you think about it, it's pretty cruel; not to mention, dangerous, if your bird happens to fall or needs to run away. Leave your birdie enough wing to allow it to gently glide to its feet.

If you're afraid you can't keep your bird still enough to carefully do all of these things, call a pet shop or a vet. Pet shops don't charge very much to clip at all, and your bird will blame the terrible clipping of its wings on the "bad stranger", instead of on you.

Yes.
Yes they will, every year birds go through a molt. Every feather is replaced with a new one. Here is a link that should answer all those molt questions: http://www.2ndchance.info/molt.htm.
Since clipping the feathers is the same as clipping dogs or cats nails (before the quick) The remaining part stays in tact and molt out with all the other feathers, so they will grow back along with the other feathers. If getting it done professionally, so you get your money worth clip them after the molted feathers have already grown back so you get a full season.
They do come back even if you have them done professionally done.
yes, they will grow back. When I was little I had a cockatiel and my mom clipped his feathers all the time and chickens have to get their wing-feathers clipped and re-clipped etc. on one side so they won't fly away.
Yes they do, I have a parakeet and when I bought him they clipped his wings and they grew back in a few months. I suggest you have a professional do this and teach you, so you don't harm your bird.
i guess no
