Actually not necessarily. Your pets could be detecting an underlying health condition for example some dogs can "feel" if a person has cancer.

Umm.since it was unanimous, I would think yes, get away as soon as you can! Animals know far more than we give them credit!
Your pets may feel an ownership of you that is threatened by this new person. It might just be your surge of hormones around her that started off the dog which upset the bird and the dog and the bird upset might have put the fish in a panic.
I wouldn't take the risk. Animal instinct is mostly right. She could have STD and your dog smell it miles away.
Maybe she's the devil? Ever see The Omen?
If every pet you had reacted, and they don't act that way to everyone. drop them. Fast.
Do you know her that well? It may be that your pets sense something. Like fear. And it could be a Red Flag. But your not going to get any info if you ask him or her. That's gonna get you nowhere.
