Ive been trying to find out from Yahoo, why they keep changing my word Male Rooster (c o c k ). The question was: My * won't do his job. What should I do?

My * won't do his job. My * is big, but he runs away from hens. I'm trying to raise Rhode Island Reds. I try to inncubate the eggs but the eggs are not fertile. Should I get a new *, or should I try artificial insemination?
