Only if you dont mind if he does it if you mother or grandparents hear it..,or wouldnt it be cool if your little sisters boyfriend was over and the parakeets comes out with oh f**k..,just something to think about.

You bet it's wrong. Just think when your parents are not there and your friends come to your house, should the bird suddenly start cussing then. What will your friends, specially if you have only one special friend or your boss come over and this happens. It will give a very bad image of you. Another thing, r u a teenager, they're usually the ones who don't like the laws that their parents lay down for them, Don't hate them so much, they have your good life in mind when they lay down the law.
