We are not hearing any gooblers. We have seen them, but they don't seem to be goobling this year. Anybody know what the problems is ? We are not the only ones with this problem.
Answers:Toms just don't walk around gobbling.I am assuming you are referring to wild turkeys.It is past the peek of their mating season so you will not hear much in way of gobbling.Even when you see tom's in a field they are not prone to gobble.Yes you will occasionally here them from time to time in the spring though it isn't with any type of regularity.The best time to hear them gobble will be right at sun rise.I am sure if you blow the horn of your car they will gobble back.Tom turkeys respond to loud noises.
