Answers:Firstly,this isn"t an advertising forum...Secondly you have to have a license to own or trade those birds

Its a voilation of federal law to possess or sell raptors.
It is illegal to own or posses hawks unless you have a valid falconry license.Then you aren't allowed to breed them unless you have a special permit.Harris hawks are not within the guidelines of birds which can be owned.Again unless you are specially permitted and allowed.Still then you have to be a master falconer.
cage and aviary mag you can buy Harris hawks but you must have a article 10 with every bird. or loot mag or on line site if you breed you must register the babies and get them a a10 form so you can sell them . good luck
