We see so many live birds around but we never see dead birds or dead bodies in rampant Do they go aw2007-11-24 17:25:08

Why do we seldome see dead bodies of birds ? Do birds go to jungles and die ?

Answers:

There are a lot of scavengers around that thrive off of peoples garbage and any dead animals that they find. Skunks and raccoons are most common, but seagulls, hawks, ravens, crows and feral cats and dogs will also eat them

i suppose they may go to the junge, why dont you ask to see if they is anyone on yahoo who lives in the jungle, and then ask them if they see alot of dead birds

There is so many animals that eat the corpses of the dead birds, that is why you don't see them, here in South Africa there are plenty of birds that get hit bt trucks and cars, and all you ever see of them is a couple of feathers lying squashed into the roads where they were hit, but I am sure if you look a little bit you will also find this is the case. No they don't go to jungles to die, they die where ever they live and get eaten. This is a vicious world we live in and you have to eat to survive.
