Answers:The Scarlet Macaw and Rainbow Lory are very colorful.
I have Eclectus Parrots though...and the pair together are very striking. The Female is a Deep Red with a Blueish-Purple Bib and a jet-black beak.the Male is a bright Green with red, blue, teal, yellow and orange under its wings and he has a Yellow beak.
Off the top of my head, rainbow lorikeet.

The most striking and colorful parrot I have seen is the rainbow Macaw.

I would have to say that a Gouldian Finch, Rainbow Lorikeet or Golden-Mantled Rosella are some of the more colorful birds that I can think of off the top of my head.
If you're looking for bright colors than Eclectus parrots and Fischer's Lovebirds are good calls as well.
