Answers:

African Greys (Congo and Timneh) are known as the best talkers (some individuals have a vocab of 3000 words). Eclectus parrots and Amazons ( (double yellow headed, blue fronted and yellow naped) are also the top talkers.

Remember that even if the species has a great reputation for talking and mimicing, there will always be individuals who choose to never say a word.

Many parrots species can talk, good talkers include rainbow lorikeets, cockatiels, budgies, cockatoos, etc etc etc. Other birds, such as crows and canaries (yes, canaries), have also been known to mimic human words.

Sounds like you may be talking about a Sulpher Crested Cockatoo or Citron Crested Cockatoo or similar... They are white and have yellow crests.. they have grey beaks though.

If you are thinking about owning a parrot, do lots of research, they are high maintanence pets and you need to know how to care for them properly. :)

the one who talks the most are african grey parrot.

the white one maybe you mean cockatoo...

they're both in the parrot family and can talk a lot of words

cockatoo it can speak a lot of words and they belong to the parrot family
The best talking bird is the African Grey. They are pretty much a one person bird though. Meaning they attatch and favor one person in your family, which could not be good. I have a Blue-Fronted Amazon Parrot and he talks great!!! He has a very large vocabulary..he will be 2 in June of this year. His head is yellow with blue outlining that and his body is green, on his wings he has blue, red..he is very pretty. You can go to a search engine and type in parrot and gather all sorts of information about them. That is what I done before I purchased a bird and I learned alot!! Good luck.
I own an Indian ring neck parrot for two years now. She is a female bird but can't say a word. Might be dumb but she makes up for it by being friendly and she flys in my house and lands on a stick. She is really great with people and can communicate with loud screeches when she wants something, like food or a outing from her cage. She also likes to dip her buscuits in her water tray and eats from my hand. There was a film video of a similar ring neck that was trained to play golf and basket ball, did you see that?
Severe Mini macaw. I own one and he talks up a storm and is barely 1 year old. Every Severe I have ever owned talked so much and were so affectionate, they love rolling around in your hands and they are such sweeties. They are also not as much as an African Gray or Cockatoo (The white ones).

And they learn quicker as well.
