There is a product that I use for my pet birds..called "poop-off"..you can order on line

I've used it for years and will loosen and remove all poop and the stains. It comes in spray and towelettes( do not flush these)

I found using water under high pressure to be most effective and the least polluting method.

You may have to actually srape it while washing the area. Due to the sun, it probably got caked up and formed into a hard material on the surface.

If you want to spend the money, some bird stores actually sell a liquid product that helps to remove bird poop. I believe it comes in a spray form. I have never tried it. And I do have a parrot. It may work for this problem.

Also try going to a Home Depot and inquire there as well. They sell products designed to clean concrete floors.
