what all can baby pekin ducks eat? i know about the chick starter and stuff but i mean like other stuff not just grain
cuz i just got to baby pekin ducks a few days ago and i dont whant them stuck eating the same thing all the time!
Answers:Try a variety of fruits and vegetables. Some ducks seem to like peas, dark leafy greens or buy some mealworms or earthworms. They go crazy over the insects. I really enjoy watching mine eat their bugs.
donuts and any other type of bread
they will eat a bunch of stuff jus wondering out in the yard. So they wonde always eat the same thing.
Dried cat food
they like to eat cracked corn, bread, berries what ever a grown duck would eat.
Just make sure the pieces are small enough so they dont choke.
And another tip: Make sure you are feeding them UN medicated chicken starter. the medicated stuff can kill them.
