What do I do
I went to get the mail, and I saw this black bird just standing in the driveway beside me. As I looked at his he's either been attacked or something and his head is skint up bad and he's lost an eye. What should I do?
A. take him to the vet
B. take him in and put him in a bird cage to help him heal
C. Kill him to put him out of hius misery?
Answers:Try a wildlife rehab center instead. If you live around Jersey or Delaware, try Tri-State Bird Rescue and Research.
Never just kill a bird. It's pointless, and not your business.
Don't try to heal him yourself; go to the professionals.
Birds that lost an eye aren't necessarily doomed. And even if he were so bad off he'd be better off dead, let the professionals euthanize him, not you.
Contacting rehab is your best bet.
Take him to the vet, and hopefully get a recommendation for a local wildlife rehabilitation center to take him to.
Never kill a bird yourself. The vet will help determine if the bird has a chance of recovery or not.
Never keep a bird yourself. You do not have the proper facilities to house the bird, or the proper medical requirements to help him recover.
TAKE IT TO THE VET...Its lucky that you found it before it got attacked!!!
Call the police non-emergency line and ask them who to call. The bird needs to be picked up and handled by people who know what they are doing.
call wildlife rescue, they'll try and heal him up good.

Surely there is a game warden in you area. Call the local police and station and ask what to do. If you do take him to the vet please use gloves for your protection.
