You could try millet. I've heard people have success attracting Indigos with it, though it tends to attract House Sparrows and other undesirables. Sunflower seeds might do the trick too.

Rose-breasted grosbeaks, blue grosbeaks and especially evening grosbeaks spread across much of the U.S. While not all grosbeaks are technically 鈥渞elated,鈥?they do share some similarities. Most will feed on hopper feeders, platform feeders and tube feeders (with large holes). They like to eat seeds (sunflower, in particular) as well as some fruits (cherries are a favorite) and corn. Put foods that include real fruit into your feeder. Wild Delight Fruit & Berry is a solid choice.
I just put up a suet feeder yesterday and I've got 4 Black-headed Grosbeaks fighting over it. The Blue Grosbeak would go for suet as well. They have a variety of types of suet so sure you can find one they prefer.
