Most fruits and veggies are good for birds. They can't have avacodo or chocolate. It will kill them. When giving fruits try not to give them seeds. Birds also enjoy nuts, especially in the shell. A quaker may enjoy peanuts in the shell but make sure to get unsalted ones. Too much salt is bad for them.
plain cooked noodles, french toast - go to goodwill and buy medium soft plastic toys and small wood pieces to chew up
Dried fruit.
plain low sodium granola bar pieces. Not too many!
Especially Banana or Cinnamon flavor, just not too much but it is a flavorful treat. JUST occasional.
Millet Spray is a great treat for any bird. It is a sweet seed on a stick, and Quakers love to hold the stick and eat the seeds. Also, grapes, apples, oranges, bananas, and the Quaker that I had also loved chicken and Bean with Bacon Soup.
Unsalted peanuts in the shells are also a great treat.
