I love sparrows. Right now there is a nest under one of my roof tiles. The father always watches from the same spot when I walk by...they are just remarkable birds and my personal fave. I also love how small and how BEAUTIFUL they are! When my pet birds go outside in their cages the sparrows never fail to come and say hello!

I have feeders in my front landscape and I enjoy watching all the birds. My favorite three are the mourning dove , cardinal and golden finch.

Wrentits and Western Tanagers. Wrentits for their personality.and Tanagers for their beautiful coloring.

In the United States its the Black-throated Blue Warbler. In South America its the Long-wattled Umbrella Bird. Here is a photo my husband took in Ecuador in December.
