My theory is that crows see us with useful hands and assume that we build things that they interact with everything from telephone wires to garbage dumpsters
Answers:I don't think crows have the brain power to make the connections you mention in your theory. Remember, their brains are incredibly small. I think it's more an instinctive thing. I would guess that they also beg for food from other animals, but we are the only ones who respond favorably sometimes.
