That ought to help you decide for yourself. "wizardslizards" is correct that they are no lionger on the endangered species list; they were removed from that list in 1995. However they are still considered "Threatened".

Why? Well it first was important because it symbolizes the USA.You shouldnt kill them because they are living creatures just like you can I and there is no reason to kill such an endangerd species.

I do not think you should kill any animal, but the Bald Eagle is a symbolic bird. Represents freedom and the United States. And the whole endangered deal. Kinda like stomping on your state flower, except you are killing a beautiful animal.

Because man has disturbed natures delicate balance too much and ther is absolutely no reason to kill Bald Eagles. They are our nations symbol and don't bother anybody.
