I HAVE ONE TIED TO A TREE IN MY YARD BUT HE WON'T LET ME GET NEAR HIM UNLESS I HAVE A FISH IN MY HAND AND HE PECKED ME ONCE. PLEASE HELP!
Answers:Let him go they are not for pets. Someone should call animal service on you for having the pelican tied up to a tree. Try to put someone tied up in your yard to see if he would let you pet him.
