If you must fog, I would err on the safe side and say after one day of thoroughly airing out your place. Using fans to blow out the "bad" air really helps out. Some rooms will have "dead air" where the air doesn't circulate well. This is where some of the fogging mist could still be lingering after a few hours.
It's written on the label - you should read all the fine print before using any pesticide. I'd give it at least 4 hours of good airing-out even if it said just 2 hours.
