i have n african grey parrot i feed her on harrisons bird food2007-11-24 17:22:41

i buy this from my vets it costs me tweny eight pound for a 2.26 kg bag dose anyone know where i could get it cheeper please

go to your local pet shop take the bag of food with you and ask him how much he can get it for then go to another pet shop and do the same if its anything like where i live here in Liverpool then there should be a pet shop on every corner just play them of each other tell one pet shop you will get it from him if the price is wright ,all so you can get a magazine called parrots this is out once a month and there is a news paper called cage and aviary i think this is out every other week knot to shore , but there are loads of food sellers in these , hope i have been help full , "B"

That size is $35-$39 in the USA, or roughly 拢20. You aren't paying too much given the nuisance we go through:

We give our African Gray Lafeber Nutriberries, which we buy from http://www.petsmart.com/ for about 拢10 for 3.5 lbs and bring back to London from New York on regular trips.

In addition to that we give him the regular bulk parrot mix we get from a pet shop in Fulham, and also he wants his morning Weetabix and fresh fruit.

give it some fruit, and if u cant afford the food then what the hell are u doing with an exotic pet in the first place ?!
