Find the wildlife rehab group in your town.
Same thing happened to me about a month ago, except mine was a sparrow. Here's what you do: Put the bird inside a paper grocery bag and fold the top over so its dark. If you don't have a bag, use a medium size box. The bird is in shock. In the dark it will mellow out and rest. Put the bag/box in a dark, quite, warm place. Call the animal control department and ask them who in your area rescues birds. Then call them and make arrangements to get the bird to them. That's all you can do. The bird won't eat or drink. (it's in shock remember?), so don't even try. You'll just scare it worse.
