Congrats on getting your birds !

Unfortunately, 3 birds is not advisable. 2 of them will pair up and attack the 3rd one. Lovebirds are fine in a male/male pair. It's the most likely situation to succeed without injury. Female/Female is very risky due to territorial issues. Male/Female will produce many chicks provided they bond and accept each other.

Lovebirds need a yearly checkup with a qualified avian vet plus fresh food, big cage and lots of interaction. They can live well into their 20's so the previous advice of 7 years is way off base. My oldest is now 19 and fit as a fiddle!

Continue feeding them the foods they are already used to. Make sure they get 12-14 hrs of dark sleep conditions per night. They will want to bathe frequently. They can be noisy at morning and again at dusk. They can be messy and they love to drop all their food into their water dishes. They can't eat grit or gravel as it can kill them by impacting their crops. No onions, chocolate, avacado or sugar and salty foods. They will molt their feathers 2-3 times yearly and you'll find tons of feathers everywhere. They can bite HARD if they are upset or angry or worried. They need their wing feathers trimmed professionally each time they molt if you want to be able to handle them. Lets see, what else.
