Answers:

they will you need to keep a stick and get your budgie to sit on the stick and get him use to the room once he has got use to the surrounding he will be fine but when you let him out of his cage guide him around by using the stick get him to sit on your finger also and talk to him he will be fine make sure you keep your curtains shut or he will fly into the window sorry to have to say this but you shouldn't have your budgie in your bedroom at nite while you are sleeping sorry but its not good for you get him to sit on your finger and keep talking to him face to his face and keep repeating what you are saying over and over again i taught my budgie that way and he use to say everything good luck hope this helps

Never seen a flying BUGIE before?
Sounds as if he is panicking at being let out of his cage, he is not used to the small room, Provide him with somewhere to land, a perch from the ceiling or similar.
attatch some elastic to his leg and the cage so that he can't reach the wardrobe
do take the good advice of gizzy
Hey! sounds to me like he might be going ''blind'' if he keeps crashing into things. lack of sight might be disturbing him and making him nervous. Do an eye test
