My lovebird is thirteen and over the last couple of years has developed a lump on her chest does not seem to be bothering her but sometimes she seems to be top heavy, and sometimes it looks like it may be leaking

That sounds like her crop.which is where the food goes first. She could be eating a lot, or have a blockage. Get her to a vet asap to see if it is a fixable condition or just her being piggy!
Hi it could be the start of a tumour we just lost a budgie the same way so I would get a vet to check it out for you but tumours are pretty common.Regards Jake
Yes, get her to an avian vet ASAP.
why are you asking here? Nobody can see your bird or examine it can they? Take it to your avian vet. It may be a feather cyst or cancer but how is anyone here supposed to cyber diagnose it?
