There's several reasons why her butt is bleeding.

The first is that she could have eaten something that is making her bleed internally. This is a medical emergency and requires a trip to the vet. Sometimes lead toxicity can cause this.

The second is that she was forming an egg and the egg has cracked inside her. The egg shell may have nicked her uterus as she's trying to pass it. This, too is a medical emergency. The vet will have to clean out her uterus and pull the broken shell out. If the shell and yolk stay inside your hen it can cause a serious, life threatening infection of the uterus and body cavity.

Another option is that it's something she ate. Sometimes strawberries and raspberries will make a birds' turds turn bright red, often panicing a bird lover into hysteria.

The last option is that she was growing a feather in that area. Feathers come in as pin feathers when they're growing and they're blood rich. A slight bump can break one of these spike-like structures, causing the bird to bleed all over the place. If this is the case, you'll have to pull the pin feather, which is painful for the bird. Take a pair of pliers and pull the feather in the direction it is growing in. That will stop the bleeding. Then, if the area is still bleeding, sprinkle a small amount of flour over the wound and press a small tissue against it for 10 minutes. That should stop the bleeding all together.

I'm sorry if any of this is a repeat of what you know. Good luck! I hope everything goes well in the end (pardon the pun ^.^)!

take her to the vet
There are several reasons i can think of; its egg bound, has worms, or has eaten something that is killing it. The time to see a vet is NOW. Or let it suffer and die horribly. There is nothing for you do do except to get it seen by a vet.
Yes, please take her to an emergency vet NOW.
