Very bad idea.
if u can keep the bird quiet a good distance from baby in a cage, you can buy. but u should protect the small baby from infection etc from the bird
Put the baby in the cage, keep the parrot out, that should be fine.
The bird isn't necessarily dangerous, the bird feces, however, not that great. The feces from birds are so fine that they can actually become airborne and get in your baby's lungs and make her sick. I would wait until she got older, like 2 or 3, when her lungs are more developed. And make sure you keep the cage clean.
Bad idea. Birds can transmit some nasty diseases, especially parrots, especially if you don't have it yet - you won't know if its healthy or not till too late.

Psittacosis is one of those diseases - have a look for it.

Very bad Idea because birds carry illnesses!
I think it will be alright if the parrot is in a cage and not near the baby's crib at bedtime.
