what happens to robins in the summer months2007-11-24 17:25:46Answers:

The robins are found over most of North America in the summer months

i still see some out on the odd occasion.
They live here in my garden
I don't know about all of them but Robin Williams tends to make films as either a psycho or a homosexual. Robin Day I think still talks politics while robin form, batman and robin still fights crime and says things like "holy heatwave batman".
nothing there still around
there hiding in the woods
I think they fly a bit further North, to cooler climates, like Scotland.

Living in London, saw the first Robin last Tuesday!

they DIE mwah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
They're still around, but not quite so desparate for food, so not so fearless.
They are still out and about in our gardens all summer long.
I think it is a fallacy that they are only seen in the winter. I have several living in my garden all year long.
Thats nice
they are busy breeding like all the other birds
they go on holiday! come home for winter and chrimbo.ahhhh( they are just after a good pressie from santa!).by the way scotland does get sun..its not snow all year round!
They are still around, they have a tendency to lose a lot of their bright plumage so are not so noticeable.
i have two robins in my garden all year long!! xx
nothing, they are still here, its just that they are more noticable in winter, especialy if theres snow, the red stands out
I have not noticed anything that happens to them. I live in Indiana and we have Robins from March to October then they fly south. I have seen many every day up until recently and they are getting scarce.
They go to colder climates, Robins are winter birds, if its Summer in the Southern Hemesphere, they will fly to the North Hemesphere to seek the colder limate, as they are the only birds capable of surviving in snow.
nothing happens to them apart from they are busy breeding.
Are you referring to American Robins. They can be found year round in MOST states in the U.S. In the spring many of them will migrate up north into Canada and Alaska to breed. In the winter many will migrate to warmer climates in Baja and Mexico.
They are still with us during the summer, but during July when they moult, they stop their warbling sound, so you may think they've gone. The continental Robins are shy, but our Robins are much more brave, as you know.
