I'm not going to answer this question for two reasons..1. when I read this question, I said to myself, oh this is a easy one and then I drew a total blank! 2. What's embarrassing is, my twin brother raised birds of prey, I was a falconer my brother was a master falconer, my mother and one of my sisters own bird shops here in the Arizona valley and breed the big white cockatoos,parrots and other similar large birds like the African Grey, yellow naps and so on. I've come to realize that sometimes, the more a person gets used to and over exposed to something, the more they forget the basics of which started the learning process to fill the knowledge banks.
