*you may be a papa soon though!

It sounds like she might have caught something. You might want to take her to a local bird vet. Normal vets usually don't know much about birds, so you may have to do some hunting. Check with the pet shop where you got her too. Some shops employ a bird vet for that reason. Don't let it go for too long, because I had a budgie who did that and he ended up passing away. Very sad. :*(
this is totally normal ! Birds need to 'urinate' too. and the watery substance that you see, along with the 'poop', is just that. All of the birds that i've bread, and raised, did that too.
Well that isn't the type poop before egg laying. That is a large duck kinda poop.

Sounds like it could be a bacterial type infection. Take her to an Avian vet they aren't as expensive as you think. Mine is like $25 for an office call. She might need antibiotics,

Watch for lethargic behavior (lazy), bobbing tail, ruffled feathers, and not perching.

Poop should be solid. Look like a doughnut with a white dot in the middle. It comes out liquidish but on the paper it should not be runny.

Did you change her diet? Or give her greens?

I also have Budgies and that don't sound good. Their poop should be dark green w/ a white spot on the middle. If you can, take it to a vet, call one just to ask or find a good breeder web site.
An avian vet would be the smartest way to go! And any change in normal habits is always cause for concern.
