You never see birds fall out of the sky and die so where do they do to do this?

I think they just die.like by animals, cars, etc etc.I'm not sure where they go to die if they're very old birds.probably bird houses or trees?

If they don't get pancaked on the road some place, my guess is in a field or foresty areas.

One time we found a dead Harris's Sparrow beneath our bird feeders. It still had seed in its mouth. Creepy.

I guess they're just too weak to fly when they're that old or about to die, so they just land and rest somewhere. Either it goes away, or their health gets worse (just like with people)
