why do we never see baby pigeons
Because baby pidgeons stay in the nest until they are fully grown and ready to fly for themselves.
My uncle used to keep racing pidgeons, they are very cute when they are baby's, they are not babies for long and they only breed at certain times of the year, they dont nest where we can see them, usually in derelict houses of buildings.
because they grow so quickly , they are only in the nest for a lot of week's
COOO! COOO! COOO! oh yes you do. They have to develop there feathers before they can fly take a closer look they are tatty smaller pigeons
they live in nests, when they are juviniles they look very similar to a fully grown pidgeon.
I've seen quite a few when they have fallen from their nests unfortunately the die.
Coz my neighbours cat eats them
Because they stay in their nests until they are ready to fly, by that time they are nearly full grown, therefore you wouldn`t know a baby from an adult.
because they stay in the nest longer than normal!
you just aren't looking hard enough
what a good question!
i have, Try moving to spain & have a meal in the local resterant
Climb high enough and you will. As nestlings they are probably one of the ugliest babies you'll ever see (Apart from baby parrots that is)
I stayed in a caravan where there was a nest. The little f.s stay there untill they knew they can upset us. Then they land on the roof. Tall slender and able to upset us.
u do
too small to fly and stay in their beds silly!
