There are tons of reasons a bird can stop laying suddenly. Here's what I have off the top of my head:
Age, stress, changes in the weather, the light, it is daylight savings afterall, disease, (watch for other strange behavior)
How old is your hen? If she is an older hen that is probably why. It may also be the weather. Have you had a drastic shift in weather recently? My best bet would be she is getting old.
Age has a lot to do with it. If she's old then maybe her time has come. Some earlier than others. Secondly could she have come out of laying season due to lack of hormones?
I would get her checked out at the vet, and find out these answers.
