Ducks are very territorial and will chase/attack/run off anyone they think is a threat (or just doesn't belong). Having a female duck present will often trigger guarding/aggression in males. It will continue to get worse as the bird ages & matures, and will be especially bad in the breeding season (when they'll likely attack anyone and everyone- including you).

Maybe it just doesn't like her. Animals do that. I think they might be able to sense that people don't like them so they get aggressive. My grandma has a really fat cat (like 30 lbs!) that does this long annoying meow and trys to scratch my leg everytime I walk by him. It bugs the hell out of me and I try to resist kicking him because if I do my grandma will hate me. I know he knows I hate him, even though I've never said it.
