Interesting question. I know cats can get feline lice, so I had to look it up to be sure, and found this:
"Human lice are not transmitted by pets such as dogs, cats, gerbils, birds, etc. These lice do not survive on domestic animals."

Just to put my two cents worth in, the answer is no, humans and cats do not share lice. Different species live on different animals.
