Oh wow, my cat has really lost touch with reality2007-11-25 12:24:46

He is stalking me and attacking me really severely. what's up with him? He attacks my legs and bites. Besides spraying him with a water bottle. what the hell is up with him?

I think its called Misplaced Aggression. Ive seen it only 2-3 times in my cats and its scary. They become these vicious stalking creatures. Its caused by something that has scared them or some drastic change you' ve made. They are taking it out on you.

Let's face it, cats are nuts.

Cats cannot "lose touch with reality" because cats were never IN touch with reality! Cats live in their own little furry worlds, and we humans really can't possibly understand what is going on in their little furry cat minds. Still, they are furry and they purr, and they let us be a part of their lives. (happy sigh)

Keep spraying and walk faster. I think he might think you are a giant mouse.

he is probably pracitcing his hunting insticts, like all cats do.they just get bored and if u are moving your legs or arms or walking around, they'll attack you thinking youre prey and they're the preditor.it's kinda cute but dang-it hurts when they bite!

Sometimes my cat does that too me too.. it's kinda freaky.but i kno that she's just playing.maybe she's been attacked my another cat or something and she's practicing on you for her next time too fight!!lol!!maybe you should spray more.lol.well i don't know what's wrong w/her/he but maybe you should take her somewhere too check her or something..weird.
