Yes and no. I buy a lot of our meds/stuff for the critters at the coops around here or online at drs. foster & smith. They tend to carry a better selection. I'd stay away from the Hartz, Sergeants, can't think of the other brands, the more cheaper ones you find at walmart.

There is a big difference in effectiveness and in safety. OTC dewormers should not be used. They can make your cat very ill. They also are a big waste of money. You shouldn't deworm your cat anyway without having a fecal test done to determine what type(s) if any your cat has.
