Please help I have a severe flea infestation due to my cat2007-11-25 12:25:04

We had to get rid of him. But now we have officially become the new prey for the pesky little Devil creatures! We dont have the money for a professional and it seems like after we bomb or spray the next day its ok and then the day after that it is worse than ever.

I would say that your infestation is caused from flea eggs that had not hatched when you bombed or sprayed. It is not easy to get rid of these because when each egg hatched it begins to reproduce very quickly. Therefore after a couple of days you have more and more fleas. I would consider calling an exterminator or get a flea killer that also targets eggs. If you choose to bomb or spray, you must be willing to do this again within a couple of days. In some cases you may have to do this several times. In that case calling the exterminator might be your best bet financially. But, be very sure to get his guarantee in writing with his signature. That way if the fleas come back you will have this in writing and signed by him.

I really hope this helps. We had this problem several years ago and it is a miserable situation. You can only imagine what our pets go through if not properly cared for in this department.
