My little 4 month old kitten enjoys pole dancing and seems to have a knack for it. Is this something I should encourage her to do or is it demaning to all female cats for her to pursue this as a career?

She's TOO YOUNG. Let her enjoy her kittenhood; later on, she can make up her mind for herself. Hopefully she steers clear of the whole racket, though.

I don't know if it's 'demeaning,' but it sure does lead to some rough trade. Have you ever been to one of those milk bars? All those Toms looking for some heavy petting; hep cats offering more than just nip, and, well, let me tell you. Some of the girls working there are still kittens, hardly any of them are spayed, and a few don't even have their shots. It's a rough life.

4 months old is a bit young - you might want to wait until she's at least a year old. Of course, she may outgrow it by then.

I think kitties prefer it to be called "exotic dancing," not pole dancing or stripping. Wait - does she strip, or just dance around a pole?

Don't encourage her if you want to find her a good husband! Let her use pole dancing as exercise but don't let other female cats see her talents.

Well ya know my cat loved pole dancing so much we taught her a strip tease to go along with it . Its great she just loves it ! : )

My Princess (also about 4 months old) thinks it's demeaning, the Toms really just want the tail. Make them work for it. Let them show off for her. And accept nothing but the best.
