i went down to my local RSPCA office and it was tiny. there wasnt enough room to swing a cat.

Answers:

How do you know, did you try to swing the cat?

Did it leave blood on the walls or was it already there because somone else tried before you?

Some RSPCA centres only take calls when they have retrieved an animal they transport it to a animal rehoming centre like battersea dogs home, here the animal is checked over by a vet then if it is able to be rehomed it will be put up for adoption if not then the animal maybe destroyed or a member of the team may take it home.

The only time the RSPCA is any good is when there is a TV camera on you. Seen the mansion the big boss lives in, all paid for by subscription.

they like to give the impression that all donations are for the animals..thus skimpy offices etc. don't be fooled. check out the salaries of administrators you won't wonder any longer about the ambiance.
