lol elastic band, nah mate. you can get a form which gives you a voucher to get it done for free as the rspca pay but paying yourself ya looking at about 拢60-拢80.

I suggest you take your cat to the RSPCA and ask them to find it a new home. You shouldn't have a pet if you're going to ask a stupid question like that.

If you purchased the cat and are unable to have it neutered. you need to sort it out via the vet you sadistic wanker. what are you thinking? And really, how does an elastic bank neuter it? Get a life and get a grip or get rid of the cat to a new home with people who can care for it properly!

it's cheeper and faster to take it to the vets because it will take 7-9 years to become a vet and a lot of money and time.

Not elestic bands. Use two house bricks as this is much better (make sure you wear protective clothing as the cat may scratch)

Why not do both tie it with an elastic band then tell the vet someone else did it and get the vet to chop off the rest.
