Just call the vet and get some de-worming meds. I know I don't have to take my dog in for them to give me the meds.

Or try petmeds.com they are cheaper on there than at the vet office.

Most stuff you can buy in the stores (grocery, dept stores) aren't good enough.

call the vet and get the meds. Then, get something for fleas. That is how they get tapeworms - so de-worm & de-flea!

Try worm medicine from Walmart. If that doesn't work, take your kitty to the vet while she is still alive.

There is no "home remedy" for tapeworms. Are you sure that it what the cat has? There are many parasites that can invest cats and a number of different kinds of worms.
