And how much will it cost me to buy one? I want it to be the 'big bully' of the neighborhood! And 'sort out' all other cats!

The Maine Coon breed is huge, and thay have kinda long hair, so they look even bigger. I don't know what the cost is, it probably varies by region and breeder.

If you are having cat problems, my cat weighs 22lbs and he ain't taking nuttin from no alley cats. he's available for hire.

First off, cats REALLY should be kept indoors, strictly as housepets. They lead much longer, healthier, happier lives if you keep them inside!

Also, the "scrappiest" (i.e., the most-aggressive) cats are not necessarily the largest ones.

Maine Coons are, indeed, the largest of the breeds (on average), but they're more lovers than fighters. And they're very social, in that they like to be around other cats. So if you do decide to get a couple of Maine Coon HOUSEcats, then do them a favor a get two littermates to keep one another company.

Also, cats are not dogs: They are territorial, but they're not like pit-bulls--something to put out in your yard to attack the other cats and keep them at bay. Encouraging cat-fights is never a good idea--cats can do one another a lot of damage (which is one of the many reasons why they do better if you keep them in your home). And vet bills are expensive! (Also, cat fighting spreads FIV--the kitty version of AIDS!)
