We just got a new baby kitty, his name's Oliver. What breeds do you think his parents might've been? Anyone who can identify two likely breeds?

I agree possibly a long haired breed but keep this in mind.. we adopted our Tuxedo cat from a rescue group who had his picture on their website before we saw him in person. On the website, his coat looked long & fluffy like Oliver.

However, a week or so later when we saw him in person it was shorter . I've learned that kittens often have longer & softer hair than what it may be later.

Our male cat is now 4 and he is 100% short hair. But a real beauty - Tuxedos are my favorite.

And I think that most persians have a more "pushed in" looking nose.

I think its a mutt, mixed with many things. I cant tell the breed and mix from the picture though.
